Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nomad Stitchez is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Nomad Stitchez is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we currently ship within the U.S. only.


Return Policy

We want you to love what you carry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nomad Stitchez is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are subject to availability.

If an exchange isn’t possible, we will provide a store credit or refund once the item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
